Hope Rising Haiti heard about the needs in this community and we were able to drill a new well. Clean water changed the lives of all who live there. No more long walks to haul water to their homes!

As people gathered around the well each day, believers shared the love and hope of Jesus Christ with their community. While the well met the physical needs of the people of Sapaterre, they still lacked the resources they needed to grow spiritually.

These believers wanted to continue to share Christ’s love, so a new church was born in Sapaterre. We helped them construct a sturdy new building so they can continue to share the gospel for generations to come.
